Mothers is a video piece made for the Autumn Salon 2010 show in London. It is inspired by a Russian Babushka doll, both verbally (Grandmother) and thematically – a woman containing another and so forth.

The piece discusses generations and motherhood, and asks whether it is the parent defining his child or the other way around. The painted eggs on film are also a part of the display.
